Mark Gaynor, Managing Director and Chair of the Amerex Executive Committee

Mark Gaynor has 26 years of brokerage experience in both over-the-counter swaps and futures markets, spanning a number of different energy related products. Mr.Gaynor joined Amerex in 1988 in London and held various positions in the international crude oil division, including co-managing the business. During that time he conducted physical, OTC financial, as well as futures and options business on behalf of a diverse array of clients including major international oil companies, regulated government entities, large industrial clients, investment funds and investment banks.

Mr. Gaynor relocated to Amerex’s Houston office in 1998 to assist in the development of the East Power brokerage business and has been a key member of both the management and brokerage teams since that time. Since 2009, Mr. Gaynor has been instrumental in integrating screen based technology for the OTC brokering of locational risk products in east power and Amerex continues to be a market leader in this area today. Mr. Gaynor serves as Managing Director and leads the Executive Committee for Amerex Brokers LLC.

Stephen Marland, Managing Director

Stephen Marland has 25 years of brokerage experience. He started his brokerage career in 1989 at Bierbaum Martin in New York, brokering Eurodollar deposits and Forward Rate Agreements. In 1991, Mr. Marland joined Tullet & Tokyo as a broker and managed the currency/interest rate arbitrage desk. In 1997, Mr. Marland began brokering power at Prebon and he relocated to Houston to help Prebon establish a Houston office. Mr. Marland then spent three years as an East power trader at Reliant. In 2002, Mr. Marland joined Amerex as a broker and helped start the Northeast power desk, where he ultimately became a manager of the East power business. Mr. Marland now serves as Managing Director, where he helps run the day-to-day operations of the business. Mr. Marland earned a BS in Finance and Economics from American University.

Amerex Energy Services Continues To Grow; Hires Three New Senior Energy

Amerex Energy Services, a division of Amerex Brokers
LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GFI Group Inc., continues to grow and has hired
three new energy consultants. Beth Miletello, Chester Karchefsky and Dan Smith have
been appointed Senior Energy Consultants, and will be based in Dallas, Texas,
Cleveland, Ohio and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, respectively. All will report to Jeff
Shoaf, Senior Vice President of Amerex Energy Services.

Amerex Brokers LLC Launches Crude Oil Options Desk

Amerex Brokers LLC announced today that it has launched a
Crude Oil Options Desk as part of its ongoing expansion efforts. The New York based desk will
be led by Chris Motroni and will also include Chris Barvels and Rich Saitta. The three bring
over 30 years experience in the energy industry to Amerex. The addition of the crude oil
options desk will further strengthen Amerex’s strong presence in energy with existing desks in
power, natural gas and environmental commodities.
